Our beds and pillows we're very comfortable. The staff was awesome. We used room service several times the food was very good and the staff who brought it up were always very helpful setting it up in our room. We had the staff recommend places to eat and they were very helpful not only finding locations but also telling us directions. The location is excellent for exploring the city of Quebec.
